The delicate, accessible, yet functionally designed cubes are a show-stopper for those who want to create their own flavoured latte, mocktail, classic, and champagne cocktails with a new twist. These cubes are designed to have have all the flavour you need to make any drink of your choice - just place the cube in the beverage you want to enhance and voila
Where flavor and function collide.
"A LOT of people ask how I came up with the idea. I enjoy my daily rituals and look forward cherishing the little moments like setting a brown sugar cube on my tea saucer, stirring it in with my favorite pretty little spoon all while the aroma from my hot cup delicately steams my face. I used to do that and add rose syrup to my coffee then I thought, why not combine the function and flavours?! That is how the LUXE Barista cube was born. Shortly after that I dropped one of my LUXE Rose cubes in a glass of champagne and realized I could make mimosa and cocktail cubes. The rest was history!"
Allison DeVane, Founder of TEASPRESSA

What are LUXE Mixology Cubes, how can I use them?
Think of the LUXE Mixology Cubes as drink mixers except this application is in a cube form! Our LUXE cubes add delicious flavour to your beverages that can be used to make your at home barista or mixologist inspired with one cune. This replaces the inconvenience of sourcing multiple ingredients and consolidating all those flavours into an easy to use and pocket sized cube. For example, instead of carrying around a jug of OJ to make a mimosa, vanilla simple syrup to make a vanilla coffee, or bitters and oranges to make an old fashioned, all those flavours you need to make the drink are compacted into a single cube. With that said, feel free to explore mixing flavour with different beverages to make your very own custom concoctions.
Do the cubes contain alcohol?
No. Our champagne and cocktail cubes contain no alcohol, just flavouring and sweetener.
How many calories are in a cube?
There are only 16 calories per cube
How much sugar is in each cube?
No more than a tsp of sugar per cube
How do you use the cubes?
For tea: Drop cube(s) in your cup, pour hot tea over to dissolve the cube, muddle cube, stir and enjoy!
For cocktails: Drop cube(s) in your glass, add 2oz of hot water to saturate cube(s), muddle until the cube becomes a simple syrup, stir. Then add your choice of alcohol and preferred mixers or juice.
For champagne: Drop cube(s) in your glass, pour bubblies on top OR for a show just drop it in your full glass! The longer it sits, the more flavor will come, usually this takes several minutes. You can enjoy the cube and the bubble show for up to 3 pours, If you prefer a bolder more instant taste, muddle the cube(s) or saturate cube(s) in 1oz of hot water and muddle, then add that simple syrup to your flute and pour bubblies on top To make a mimosa mocktail use nonalcoholic sparkling wine or ginger ale!
* Bubblies must be fresh for the best results of the cube to fizz.
For Mocktails: Drop cube(s) in your glass, add 2oz of hot water to saturate cube(s), muddle until the cube becomes a simple syrup, stir. Then add your choice of preferred mixers such as sparkling water, soda, or juice.
For FooD: Add a mixology cube to your favorite food! You can grate or crush these cubes to add flavour and a touch of sweetener to anything.
The flavor is faint, how do I make the flavor more bold?
We suggest using 2 LUXE Cubes per serving and the key to having all the flavour is to ensure that you've muddled up the cube in water to make a simple syrup then add the rest of the ingredient. Remember these cubes only have a tsp of sugar, that's about 4 grams of sweetener and flavor! To put in perspective an average cocktail or flavored latte has 20-35 grams of sugar, that's equivalent to at least 5-9 mixology cubes! If you prefer more flavor, add another cube or simply add more sweetener to save a cube. Sweeteners bring flavours to life more, it might do the trick for you!
What is the shelf life?
The Luxe Mixology Cubes have a shelf life of two years. To best preserve your cubes, keep out of direct sunlight, and store in a dry place.
My cube isn’t dissolving, what is wrong?
This is completely normal! For the best results we always recommend using 1-2oz of hot water and muddling our cubes until they become a simple syrup and then adding the beverage. We understand that when you’re on the go you may not have all those tools which in that case the cube will take a couple of minutes to infuse in the beverage. Muddling with a straw or cocktail pick for example if you're on the go will help.
For cocktails: This rule applies especially for cocktails. We do not recommend saturating the cubes with liquor, it will take much longer for the flavors to diffuse in the the beverage vs using water in that initial step, water will also make for a smoother tasting drink If you have ice to finish the drink with, even better!
For sparking water and/or champagne: We do love dropping cubes in a bubbly beverage like sparkling water or champagne for a good bubbly show. It will take several minutes for the cubes to completely dissolve depending on how bubbly that bubbly is and some of us prefer this dazzling method! For best fizzing results, make sure that the bubbly is fresh. If you prefer to taste your cube faster, saturate cube(s) in 1-2oz of hot water then muddle until the cube becomes a simple syrup then add your bubbly.
Does the water I use to saturate the cube have to be hot?
No it does not! Using hot water just expedites the process and makes the cube easier to muddle and dissolve. We highly recommend using room temperature water over cold water.
What if I don’t have a shaker on hand to make these cocktails?
You can still make a great cocktail without a shaker on hand! The purpose of ice in cocktails is to dilute and blend the ingredients to make a more balanced mixture. A dash of water (1-2oz) and a good stir with ice in your cup will do the trick. We recommend a 18-25 second stir for the best results then serve.
What is a muddler?
A muddler is an essential bartending tool used to mash drink ingredients.

The flavor is faint, how do I make the flavor more bold?
Remember the elixirs have NO sugar and we recommend 1-3 drops per 12oz of beverage. We designed this product so that our customers could have the flavor and have their choice of favorite sweeteners to bring the flavor to life or opt out of sugar completely. To put in perspective an average cocktail or flavored latte has 20-35 grams of sugar, that’s about 5-9 teaspoons of sugar! If you prefer a more enhanced flavor, another elixir drop or more of your favorite sweetener will do the trick.
What is Teaspressa?
Teaspressa elevates everyday experiences through providing unforgettable beverage moments. The purpose of Teaspressa is beyond the functional and effortless design. Our focus is connecting and creating every moment to a memory. The reason why we think through all the details and thoughtfully source is so that you can enjoy those moments that become everlasting memories effortlessly. Our core products include our patented tea, LUXE Mixology cubes, LUXE Elixir, LUXE Toppings and beverage accessories.
It did all start with the tea hence the name. We made tea cool again, even when its hot. Teaspressa is the first and only beverage that is a hybrid of tea and coffee, resulting in a healthy alternative to traditional caffeine drinks. Using a patented production process, Teaspressa is concentrated tea that contains as much caffeine as an espresso shot, but provides consumers the health benefits of traditional tea blends.
How is Teaspressa Tea a hybrid between tea and coffee?
Teaspressa Tea is made similar to a shot of espresso, and has the same amount of caffeine and even similar mouthfeel; however, Teaspressa does not contain coffee — it is a concentrated tea that is made using a pressure extraction method, resulting in Teaspressa’s Tea to have a completely new tea beverage profile that has all of the health benefits found in traditional loose leaf tea. Just like coffee, Teaspressa tea can be made with coffee brewers and the tea can be mixed with milk and creamers to create lattes and other gourmet coffee-like beverages, but with tea!
